It is possible to capture three different lighting images with a single shot.

(*Coaxial lighting: Black spots / Scratch lighting: Scratches / Low-angle lighting: Cracks)

Even with high-speed inspections of up to 100,000 times per second, accurate image results can be obtained.

■ Approximately 20% increase in light intensity compared to constant voltage

■ High-speed multi-strobing possible with line scan optics ( 100kHz )

■ High-speed strobing possible with TDI line scan optics ( 300kHz )
