Optical Hardware Selection
We select optical system hardware products, such as cameras, lenses and controllers, that are suitable for the inspection items required by our clients. Through various tests, we achieve optimal inspection images.
Creation of Design Drawings
Design drawings are created based on the conditions established through optical testing. Through communication with the client, we consider mechanical constraints to achieve the optimal design.
Optical System Hardware Production
We produce the optical system hardware based on the finalised design drawings. Following production, we conduct testing and performance verification, and make any necessary adjustments to complete the product.
Monitoring and Delivery
We maintain high-quality standards for the product through continuous monitoring and deliver it according to the schedule requested by the client.
Maintenance and Support Services
After delivering the finished product, we receive confirmation of receipt. We then collect customer feedback and provide maintenance and support services when necessary.
MACRO Editor Program
We support the automation of repetitive and complex tasks of the LED controller through the MACRO Editor Program, thereby improving productivity and accuracy. The MACRO content created can be implemented at the firmware level for ultra-fast operations.
UI Program
The ALT UI Program is designed to allow all settings with a single software, maximizing convenience. With intuitive graphics, users can set up and save pages without specialized knowledge, enabling efficient operation.
