ALT-TDS-400
Multiple Interpolation Divider By ALT-TDS-400
The ALT-TDS-400 Series serves as a trigger distributor that synchronizes trigger signals among multiple cameras and strobe controllers across various inspection specifications.
It supports trigger outputs for 3D profilers and line-scan image acquisition during both linear and circular interpolation motions.
During linear motion, trigger signals are generated at fixed intervals, while during circular motion, triggers are output at fixed angular increments.
This design is optimized for high-precision measurement and inspection applications.
■ Trigger output at fixed angles during circular interpolation
■ Trigger output at fixed intervals during linear interpolation
Strengths of the Product
Features of Product
[ Linear interpolation function ]
a. Start and End Points
Defines the linear coordinate range of the TDS-400I using the specified start and end points.
b. Offset
Waits for N encoder pulses before starting the operation.
c. Resolution
Outputs a signal for every N encoder pulses.
d. Out Count
Specifies the number of output signals. When set to 0, signals are output continuously within the defined range.
[ Circular Interpolation Function ]
a. Start Point, Center Point, End Point
Configures a 2D circular coordinate system using the three specified points.
b. Angle Offset
Waits for N° before starting signal output.
c. Angle Resolution
Outputs a signal at every N° interval.
d. Out Count
Specifies the number of output signals. When set to 0, signals are output continuously within the defined rotation range.
e. CW/CCW
Sets the rotation direction (Clockwise or Counterclockwise).

Interpolation Image Comparison
'Non-interpolated image' VS 'Interpolated image'
Non-interpolated image : When inspections are performed using non-interpolated equipment, the resulting images may be irregular and unstructured, making the inspection process more difficult for engineers.
Interpolated image : Interpolated result images generated through the ALT-TDS-400 provide engineers with improved usability, facilitating easier inspection while contributing to time and cost savings.
